Evaluation Services

JESS, LLC provides a full range of evaluation services.  However, if you wish to train your staff to take on ongoing evaluation responsibilities, then we can assist you in meeting your goal.  Your staff is always welcome to shadow our evaluators and learn about the how and why of our evaluation approach.  If you want more directed, hands-on training, we employ adult learning strategies in a workshop setting that engage your staff, provide them feedback, and allow them time to reflect and discuss the application of evaluation principles and methods to your work environment.  We also can provide seminars.  These are typically less intensive and tend to focus on a single evaluation issue (for example, how to build evaluation buy-in).
